The Dancing Economist is a blog by Steven Sabol. The main purpose is to engage students of economics by presenting a mix of theory and practice. Sometimes the classroom can come up short when it comes to relating concepts learned to the world around us. This blog is meant to bridge that information gap by exposing readers to various and timely topics in macroeconomics and microeconomics. Subject matter includes (but is not limited to) development economics, monetary economics, business cycles and economic indicators, and history of economic thought.
